Botrista / GTM systems

A field sales team equipped to move.

I connected prospect data, vertical-specific messaging, and field-sales workflows for a product that had to earn its place in a real kitchen.

01 / THE CHALLENGE

The problem
worth solving.

Botrista was moving toward Salesforce, but account executives still depended on unreliable prospect records and separate systems. Finding the right contact was consuming time that should have gone into selling. The sale itself was unusually complex: an AI-enabled beverage robot needs physical space, water connections, site qualification, and a coordinated installation. A restaurant owner and a university foodservice provider also follow different buying paths.

02 / THE APPROACH

Strategy, made tangible.

  1. Start with dependable accounts. I built an n8n waterfall workflow to source, enrich, validate, and score decision-maker records, then feed them into Salesforce. Rather than ask account executives to repair poor records manually, I rebuilt the input to their prospecting process.
  2. Match the story to the market. Across QSR, restaurants, higher education, healthcare, and contract foodservice, I developed positioning, landing pages, case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers, and outbound narratives that addressed each segment’s operating context.
  3. Build a connected field-sales motion. I used Mixmax and its Salesforce integration to sequence email, cold calls, in-person visits, and follow-up. Vertical-specific sequences gave the team a repeatable way to move from first contact to a qualified opportunity.
  4. Bring operational fit into the conversation early. Field visits could establish site readiness at the first meeting, surfacing counter modifications, water access, and coordination needs before they became late-stage surprises. The process also had to accommodate direct operators and larger foodservice contract structures.
  5. Make execution visible. I built Salesforce lead routing, campaign tracking, pipeline visibility, attribution, and sales handoffs, and connected the website and measurement stack to the same commercial journey.
  6. Connect qualification to the website. I brought ROI and site-readiness signals into calculators, landing-page narratives, and sales qualification tools. The measurement architecture included UTM and vanity-URL conventions, while reusable landing-page templates made conversion experiments easier to launch.

03 / THE OUTCOME

69%lift in sales-qualified meetings · broader role
90%+verified account coverage · from ~35%
5+ hourssaved per AE weekly

Across the Botrista role, the work helped drive a 69% lift in sales-qualified meetings, expanded verified account coverage from approximately 35% to more than 90%, and saved account executives over five hours weekly. The n8n workflow supported more than 10,000 decision-maker records. The original project also records an 80% reduction in campaign setup time; these measures describe different parts of the broader program. The original Notion case records an earlier 7,000+ prospect dataset sourced from search engines, maps, and niche directories; the 10,000+ decision-maker figure describes the broader role.
