TARGET MARKET

Retiring agents, brokerages, and active real estate teams

Referral Agency as a Service featured artifact

01 / THE CHALLENGE

The problem
worth solving.

An experienced agent’s relationships can remain valuable after they step back from day-to-day transactions. The concept explored how retiring agents, active teams, and brokerages could preserve that continuity through a product and service model.

02 / THE APPROACH

Strategy, made tangible.

  1. Defined a Referral Agency as a Service concept for retiring agents, brokerages, and teams, with distinct needs and value propositions for each participant.
  2. Designed a four-part experience—nurture, refer, track, and earn—connecting relationship maintenance to referral visibility and payouts.
  3. Developed interface concepts, partner positioning, and potential subscription and referral-fee models.
  4. Design for both sides of the handoff. The concept paired an agent experience for nurturing, referral tracking, and payouts with a white-label brokerage offering spanning onboarding, co-branding, implementation, and agent training. It addressed the administrative burden that can make referral-only retirement feel like another full-time job.

03 / THE OUTCOME

The work produced a commercial blueprint and original interface concepts spanning nurture, referral, tracking, and earnings. Pricing and financial projections remain proposed business-model elements, rather than operating results.
