01 / THE CHALLENGE

The problem
worth solving.

The technology portfolio included social-monitoring capabilities used in a government context. The venture question was whether those capabilities could solve a sufficiently valuable problem for brands, with a proposition distinct from the original enterprise engagement.

02 / THE APPROACH

Strategy, made tangible.

  1. Translate the capability into a customer problem. I explored brand monitoring and social sentiment as commercial use cases, connecting existing technology to how businesses could understand conversations about their brands.
  2. Test the commercial proposition before expanding investment. Within the broader venture-incubation work, I used customer-demand validation, positioning, GTM exploration, and proofs of concept to assess opportunities.
  3. Make the proposition tangible. The original dashboard imagery shows how the capability was presented as a business-facing product rather than an abstract analytics offering.

03 / THE OUTCOME

Brand Intel represents the technology-commercialization side of my enterprise work: adapting an existing capability to a new market. The original imagery documents the concept; no standalone revenue, adoption, or launch result is reported.
